Superb free-kick
Radoslav Kunzo scored the only goal of the game in the 21st minute, curling a superb free-kick over the wall, which left home keeper Martin Trancík rooted to the spot. The win means Inter are level on 41 points with FC Artmedia Petrzalka, who take on league leaders MŠK Zilina tomorrow.
Blow for Ruzomberok
MŠK Ruzomberok's title hopes suffered a major blow after they slipped to a 1-0 defeat at ŠK Slovan Bratislava. Radim Necas netted in the 38th minute and the visitors even afforded themselves a penalty miss six minutes from time with Necas the guilty man.
Dubnica triumph
At the bottom of the table FK ZTS Dubnica gave their survival chances a massive boost by taking all three points against relegation rivals 1.FC Košice by virtue of a 1-0 win.
Joy for Trencín
Peter Singlar notched the games only goal in the fourth minute, and Dubnica are now just two points adrift of Kosice. In Saturday's remaining match ŠKM Púchov slipped to a 2-0 home defeat against FK Dukla Trencín.
