Promising talent
Kallstrom, one of Sweden's finest footballing talents, has further boosted a squad that will retain the services of Stefan Rehn after the veteran bowed to supporter pressure and decided to play for a further season before retiring.
 
World Cup hopes
Midfield player Kallstrom has already made one appearance for Sweden and he is hoping a move to the Stockholm club will help him clinch a place in the national team's 2002 FIFA World Cup squad.

Heerenveen offer
Several European clubs had shown an interest in Kallstrom and Häcken turned down a €1.8m offer for him from Dutch outfit SC Heerenveen shortly before their relegation from the Swedish first division.
