Marjamaa moves to Yozgatspor

Finnish midfield player Timo Marjamaa has joined Turkish side Yozgatspor on an 18-month contract from Veikkausliga team FC Jokerit.

Seven caps
The 25-year-old, who has seven Finnish caps, spent last week training with the Turkish first division strugglers. Yozgatspor are third from bottom, although they did prevent Galatasaray SK from going top in the last match before the winter break, holding them to a 3-3 draw.

Friends reunited
Marjamaa will team up with former Jokerit striker Antti Sumiala who joined the side in December and was hailed as an instant success after the experienced striker scored in the 3-3 draw.
