Members

Victory in the Tallinn derby has kept FC Flora top of the Meistriliiga.

Flora in bloom
The leaders recovered from the setback of Jevgeni Kurjanov's opener to level through Marko Kristal on the stroke of half-time. Then top scorer Aleksandr Kulik settled a close contest with a fine volley on 51 minutes.

Narva in second
Meanwhile, JK Trans Narva preserved their unbeaten run with a 3-1 win against FC Levadia Tallinn that kept them in second place. All the home goals came in the opening period at the Narva Kreenholm stadium where the Meistriliiga's top scorer, Maksim Gruznov, netted twice and Dmitri Lipartov once. After the interval, Tallinn had Tihhon Sisov sent off but still managed a consolation from Aleksandr Dmitrijev.

Maardu win
Elsewhere on matchday three, rock-bottom FC Levadia Pärnu lost again, 1-0 at home to FC Levadia Maardu. Pärnu resisted until the 75th minute when a long-range effort by Vitali Leitan surprised goalkeeper Ruslan Mironov.

Parity in Viljandi
Finally, the mid-table meeting of JK Tulevik Viljandi and FC Lootus Kohtla-Järve ended in a 1-1 draw, with Nikolai Tostsev equalising Vjatseslav Zahovaiko's opener.
