Leaders Club Brugge KV were held to a 1-1 draw by struggling KSC Eendracht Aalst on Sunday.

Leaders Club Brugge KV were held to a 1-1 draw by struggling KSC Eendracht Aalst as yet another top club dropped points this weekend.

Top clubs fail to win
RSC Anderlecht, R. Standard de Liège and KAA Gent all failed to collect maximum points on Saturday but Brugge missed their opportunity to capitalise at the Pierre Cornelis stadium. Eendracht took the lead after just 14 minutes when René Klomp fired the ball home. It was not until the 54th minute that Gambian striker Ebou Sillah, a second-half substitute, levelled the scores for the leaders. Brugge stay a point clear of KRC Genk at the top of the table.

Sint Truidense win
K. Sint Truidense VV beat KSK Beveren 4-2 with Danny Boffin, Désiré M'bonabucya (2) and Marcos Pereira scoring the goals for the home side. Beveren scored through Stephane Demets and a late Tomas Danilevicius penalty, but never really threatened Sint Truidense's dominance.

Molenbeek in charge
Laurent Fassotte and José Thiago gave RWD Molenbeek a comfortable 2-0 home vicotory over R. Antwerp FC at the Edmond Machten stadium in Sunday's other game.
