Olympiakos ahead
Savvas Tsiakklis put Olympiakos ahead on 32 minutes after he took advantage of a lapse in the AEK defense and the lead was doubled moments later through Slovakian striker Josef Kozlej.
Christophi beaten again
Kozlej turned provider for the third Olympiakos goal, crossing for Michalis Christophi to head past Savvas Konstantinou in the AEK goal.
Kozlej double
Sergis Kounnis pulled one back for AEK in the 65th minute after pouncing on a loose ball in the Olympiakos area but his goal was quickly cancelled out when Kozlej sprung the offside trap to score his second. Kozlej's double took him to 15 for the season, enabling him to climb to the top of the Division A goalscoring chart ahead of APOEL Nicosia FC's Sinisa Gogic, who has 14.
Late hope
Two late goals from Stelios Stylianou gave AEK hope but Olympiakos held on to take the points.
