FC Lokomotiv Moscow will meet FC Shinnik Yaroslavl in a Premier-Liga match to celebrate the completion of renovation work on the ground which will host the LG International Cup in May.
'A small problem'
"Currently we are working at equipping with modern services the territory around the stadium," said Lokomotiv president Valeri Filatov. "We have a small problem with the pitch and it is necessary to replace small parts of it."
LG Cup
Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia will meet in the LG Cup. The semi-final lineup will see Russia take on Belarus and Ukraine meet Yugoslavia on 17 May. The final and third-place play-off will be played two days later.
