All change at Bohemians

Members

Vlastimil Petrzela and Vladimir Borovicka have new roles with CU Bohemians Praha.

CU Bohemians Praha coach Vlastimil Petrzela has moved upstairs to become sport director with Vladimir Borovicka, his assistant, replacing him in the hot seat.

Sold key players
Petrzela, who was forced to sell key players after Bohemians' sponsor retracted its financial input last year, said: "I will take part in only a few training sessions in the last three weeks [of the campaign]. My objective is to select young players for next season."

Four caps
Borovicka is a former goalkeeper with the club who earned four caps for the Czech Republic in the 1984/85 season. The 48-year-old worked in tandem with Petrzela at AC Sparta Praha before they switched to the V Dolicku stadium in 1996

'Think over my future'
The fourth-placed club were keen to make a change after Bohemians slipped to a 3-1 defeat by mid-table 1. FC Synot at the weekend. Petrzela revealed, for him at least, that the change is only a short-term one, however. "Above all I am a coach and I don't intend ending up as a white-collar worker," he said. "I will think over my future at the end of the season."
