Örgryte IS moved to the top of the Allsvenskan with a 2-1 win over IFK Göteborg on Wednesday night.

Örgryte IS moved two points clear of Landskrona BoIS at the top of the Allsvenskan tonight with a 2-1 win over city rivals IFK Göteborg in front of the biggest crowd of the season at the Ullevi.

A total of 37,763 supporters saw Örgryte come out on top through close-range strikes from Joachim Karlsson, who was back in the team after an injury, and Patrik Fredholm. Tomas Rosenkvist gave Göteborg a glimmer of hope 15 minutes into the second half when he scored from a rebound after Örgryte keeper Bengt Andersson parried Gustaf Andersson's shot.
