ŠKM Púchov dropped to third after Jan Safranko's 42nd-minute strike gave MŠK Ruzomberok a 1-0 win and second place in the table while ŠK Slovan Bratislava moved level on points with city rivals AŠK Inter Bratislava after a 2-0 win at struggling FC Tatran Prešov. Second-half finishes by Lubomir Meszaros and Michal Pancik secured the points as Inter crashed 2-1 at home to FK ZTS Dubnica. Inter remain ahead in fourth place on goal difference.
