Myllykosken Pallo-47 maintained their place at the top of the Finnish Veikkausliiga after securing a 1-1 draw against HJK Helsinki.

HJK dominated proceedings during the first half, but could not turn their territorial advantage into goals. They did take the lead after 36 minutes, though, when Toni Kallio latched on to Mika Kottila's pass and scored with a neat finish.

But MyPa came out a much more determined side after the interval and former HJK striker Luiz Antonio scored from close range to level the match in the 59th minute. The result lifts MyPa back to the top of the first division on goal difference ahead of FC Haka.
