Article body
Newly-promoted FC Spartak Trnava continued their impressive start to the 1. Liga season as they came from behind to draw 1-1 with FC Artmedia Petrzalka today.
Opening goal
Tomás Zárecký put the home side in front, against the run of play, after 31 minutes when he drove the ball in from ten metres out. But Spartak, who had struck the woodwork and forced Juraj Cobej into a string of saves earlier in the half, responded strongly.
All square
The visitors' endeavour was rewarded 18 minutes from time when Souleymane Fall struck the equaliser to set up a grandstand finish. Four minutes later Petrzalka were unlucky not to win a penalty when Vladimír Kinder tumbled in the box under a challenge from Pavol Stano, but the referee waved play on and the match finished level.
