Osim rests several players
With one eye on the encounter with the Magpies, coach Amar Osim left out several players and paid the price. Nevertheless the reigning champions looked to be heading for a scoreless draw until Divjak's last-ditch heroics on Saturday.
Easy win
Elsewhere, FK Borac Banja Luka collected a second consecutive victory with a 3-1 victory against FK Bosna. Vladan Grujic opened the scoring on 39 minutes before Sinisa Djuric and Vladimir Karalic both hit the target after the break. Elmir Cosic converted a consolation goal from the penalty spot on 72 minutes.
Hrgovic brace
FK Buducnost Banovici also secured a 3-1 win over FK Mladost Gacko, while Mirko Hrgovic hit a brace in NK Široki Brijeg's 3-0 win against newly-promoted NK Zepce.
First win
FK Velez collected their first win of the campaign with a 2-0 triumph against NK Jedinstvo while NK Orašje were also 2-0 winners against FK Sarajevo. Elsewhere, FK Leotar and FK Celik played out a goalless draw, as did FK Sloboda Tuzla and FK Glasinac. NK Brotnjo came from behind to defeat FK Kozara 4-2 while in the day's other game, NK Posušje beat NK Zrinjski.
