Mackov departure
Aleksa Mackov stepped down as Kumanovo coach at the beginning of the week after his side's 1-0 home defeat on Sunday against newly-promoted FK Tikves.

'Main goal'
"My main goal will be to return the competitive spirit into the team and to move them as soon as possible away from the relegation zone," Kanatlarovski said. "Kumanovo are a good team and I am expecting a far better ranking at the end of the season."

Career details
Former Macedonian international Kanatlarovski built his playing career at FK Crvena Zvezda and RC Deportivo la Coruña. Besides a spell as national coach, he has also taken charge of several domestic sides including FK Vardar.
