Goals at both ends
Ivan Sproule put the away side ahead after six minutes, only for former Saint Johnstone FC striker George O'Boyle to level seven minutes later. Barry Patton restored the visitors' lead in the 22nd minute and Austin Friel made certain of the points with a third goal in added time.
Linfield blow
The title ambitions of fourth-placed Linfield FC suffered a blow as they lost 3-2 at home to Institute FC, for whom Paul McLaughlin scored two late goals. David Larmour put the home side ahead on six minutes, before Michael Hegarty levelled ten minutes after half-time. Linfield nosed in front again in the 70th minute, but McLaughlin got his first goal ten minutes later and scored the winner in the last minute.
Newry beaten again
Bottom side Newry Town FC have still won just one game following a 3-1 defeat by Ards FC, while fellow strugglers Crusaders FC also lost, beaten 4-2 at home to Glentoran FC. Lisburn Distillery FC and Coleraine FC shared the points in a 1-1 draw.
