PFC CSKA Sofia have eleven wins from their first eleven games after victory at PFC Botev Plovdiv.

PFC CSKA Sofia set a Bulgarian Premier League record of eleven wins from their first eleven games as they secured a 5-1 victory at PFC Botev Plovdiv.

Second-half comeback
There were no goals in the first half, but eight minutes after the restart on-loan PFC Levski Sofia striker Borislav Dimitrov gave Botev a surprise lead. However, four goals in seven minutes for CSKA turned the game, who broke Levski's previous record of ten victories from their opening fixtures and guaranteed themselves first place when the winter break starts in two matches' time.

Litex still in touch
PFC Litex Lovech are still within seven points of the runaway leaders after a 4-0 win against PFC Lokomotiv Sofia. Home side Litex dominated the whole match and Atanas Bornosuzov opened the score in the 21st minute with a shot from the edge of the penalty area and despite a penalty miss they added three more to stay in second.

Third-placed Levski
Levksi claimed third place with a 3-1 victory against PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv. Georgi Chilikov opened the score in the 55th minute, but Jarko Serafimovski equalised with a free-kick just after the hour. However, Chilikov headed in twice in the 69th and 73rd minutes to complete his third hat-trick of the season.

Kushev hat-trick
Martin Kushev also scored his third hat-trick of the season to give PFC Slavia Sofia a 6-1 home win against struggling PFC Dobrudzha Dobrich, who remain bottom with just one point, just behind PFC Rilski Sportist Samokov, who lost 4-0 at PFC Cherno More Varna.

Chernomorets win
Elsewhere, PFC Chernomorets Burgas were reduced to ten men but scored seven minutes from time to win 1-0 at PFC Marek Dupnitza, while PFC Spartak Varna lost 1-0 at PFC Naftex Burgas, the visitors themselves having captain Valentin Stanchev sent-off late in the first half.
