Four-point lead
Leotar took the lead in the fifth minute with a goal from Nenad Stojanovic before Borac equalised through Nenad Studen. Zdravko Saraba struck the winning goal in the 36th minute to keep Leotar four points clear.
Second secure
Last season's champions FK Zeljeznicar stay in second place after they beat FK Sloboda Novi Grad 1-0, Mirza Mesic scoring the only goal of the game in the 57th minute. Fourth-placed NK Širok Brijeg won 3-1 away to FK Buducnost.
