A late goal from Desislav Rusev earned a point for PFC Litex Lovech in a 1-1 draw against PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv, who went ahead five minutes from time thanks to a Martin Zafirov penalty.

Eight points down
PFC Levski Sofia remain eight points behind the leaders despite a 3-1 home win over PFC Chernomorets Burgas with Georgi Chilikov, Dimitar Telkiyski and Under-21 international Petar Kyumyurdzhiev on target.

Plovdiv on song
A hat-trick from on-loan Levski striker Borislav Dimitrov inspired PFC Botev Plovdiv to their first home win of the season, a 5-1 defeat of PFC Dobrudzha Dobrich. An own goal from Svetoslav Krastev and a further strike from Svilen Stoilov completed the scoring.

Milosevic red card
PFC Slavia Sofia beat PFC Cherno More 1-0 at home thanks to Dimitar Rangelov’s 55th minute effort in a match where Misa Milosevic’s first-half dismissal for the visitors proved decisive.

Deficit overcome
PFC Spartak Varna, meanwhile, came from behind to beat PFC Lokomotiv Sofia 2-1 at home and PFC Marek Dupnitsa beat PFC Rilski Sportist 3-1.
