Trial period
The 22-year-old has agreed a contract until 2005 after impressing during a trial period at the Premier League club. Cherno More had been tracking Bogdanovic for some time after learning of his impressive displays for Valletta FC and his country. He was invited to Bulgaria earlier this month for a tryout, with the club looking to strengthen their squad during the winter break.
Third spell abroad
Cherno More will be Bogdanovic's third club outside Malta after spells with Vasas SC in Hungary and Slovakian side 1. FC Košice. "From the time of my arrival in Varna on Monday morning, I felt something was going to happen - and I was right, because Cherno More offered me a fantastic contract," he said.
Waiting for debut
Bogdanovic has linked up with his new teammates at a training camp in Antalya, Turkey. He will have to wait until February and the resumption of the Premier League season to make his debut. Chernomorets are seventh in the A PFG table with 21 points from 13 games.
