Plovdiv turn to Samokov stadium

PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv will face PFC CSKA Sofia in Samokov following their one-match stadium ban.

PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv have arranged to play their next Bulgarian Premier League encounter at the Samokov stadium after the Bulgarian Football Union (BFU) issued the club with a one-match stadium ban.

Crowd trouble
Crowd trouble at Plovdiv's Bulgarian Cup quarter-final at home to PFC Levski Sofia a week ago led to the ruling - and the club will temporarily decamp to PFC Rislki Sportist Samokov's ground for Saturday's game against PFC CSKA Sofia.

CSKA jinx
The decision will not be music to the ears of CSKA players, however. The league leaders lost their unbeaten record at Samokov - slipping up in the last 16 of the cup - and required a last-minute equaliser at the same ground last weekend to protect their unbeaten league record.

Late switches
Meanwhile, two matches from round 17 of the season have been rearranged. PFC Cherno More Varna will now play PFC Naftex Burgas a day earlier than planned, on 15 March, while PFC Slavia Sofia have pushed their encounter with PFC Botev Plovdiv back a day - the sides will now meet on 16 March.
