Vangelis Vlahos has become Panionios NFC's third coach of the season while fellow strugglers Kallithea FC also have a new man in charge.

Vangelis Vlahos has become Panionios NFC's third head coach of the season after signing a two-and-a-half year deal with the Alpha Ethniki strugglers while Kallithea FC also have a new man in charge.

Third appointment
Vlahos began the season with OFI Crete FC before resigning earlier this month, follows Josef Caplar - who was sacked in September - and Josef Bubenko who resigned last Monday. "Clubs that can boast a prestigious history like Panionios should not be threatened by relegation," he said. "We have ten finals in front of us and our aim is take all 30 points from these games."

Vazakas takes helm
Panionios lie 14th in the table and are three points ahead of Kallithea, who also have a new head coach in Georgios Vazakas. "We have to work very hard to get Kallithea out of this dead-end," admitted the 46-year-old, whose predecessor Ilie Dumitrescu departed for PAOK FC on Wednesday. The former Egaleo coach has signed a six-month contract with Kallithea with an option for an extension.
