The UEFA Appeals Body has announced its decision following an appeal lodged by Qarabağ FK against the fine of €100,000 imposed on the club by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 25 November 2020 for the violation of Art. 11 (2) (b) and Art. 14(1) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations (see full CEDB decision here).
Decision:
The appeal lodged by Qarabağ FK has been rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision is confirmed.
