The Appeals Body has announced the following decisions which would affect the attendance of supporters at UEFA matches:
Match: 2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League, Fotbal Club FCSB vs. DAC Dunajská Streda, played on 11 August 2022 in Romania.
Decision:
1. To fine Fotbal Club FCSB €30,000 and to order the partial closure of Fotbal Club FCSB stadium which shall consist of the entire North and South Stands, during the next (1) UEFA club competition match in which Fotbal Club FCSB would play as the host club, for the racist behaviour of its supporters.
2. To order Fotbal Club FCSB to implement the following directive in the next UEFA club competition match which the club shall play as the host club: to display a banner with the wording “#NoToRacism”, with the UEFA logo on it.
3. To fine Fotbal Club FCSB €8,000 for blocking of public passageways.
4. To fine Fotbal Club FCSB €6,750 for throwing of objects.
5. To fine Fotbal Club FCSB €500 for Lighting of fireworks.

Match: 2022/23 UEFA Europa League FK Partizan vs. AEK Larnaca FC, played on 11 August 2022 in Serbia.
Decision:
1. To fine FK Partizan €20,000 and to order the partial closure of FK Partizan stadium, during the next (1) UEFA club competition match in which FK Partizan would play as the host club, for the discriminatory behaviour of its supporters. FK Partizan shall inform prior to the match, the sector(s) to be closed, which shall consist of at least 2,000 seats.
2.To order FK Partizan to implement the following directive in the next UEFA club competition match which the club shall play as the host club: to display a banner with the wording “#NoToRacism”, with the UEFA logo on it.
3.To fine FK Partizan €16,000 for blocking of public passageways.
4.To fine FK Partizan €10,500 for throwing of objects.
5.To fine FK Partizan €12,000 for invasion of the field of play.
