The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body has taken the following decisions which would affect the attendance of supporters to UEFA matches:
Match: Paris Saint-Germain (FRA) - Maccabi Haifa FC (ISR), 25 October 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Champions League)
- To fine Maccabi Haifa FC €40,000 and to ban Maccabi Haifa FC from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next (1) UEFA competition match, for lighting of fireworks and throwing of objects. Said ban from selling tickets to away supporters is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
- To fine Maccabi Haifa FC €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol..

Match: FK Crvena zvezda (SRB) - Trabzonspor AŞ (TUR), 27 October 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Europa League)
- To fine FK Crvena zvezda €35,000 and to order the partial closure of FK Crvena zvezda’s stadium, which shall consist of the entire North Stand, during the next (1) UEFA competition match it plays as host club, for lighting of fireworks and throwing of objects. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
- To fine FK Crvena zvezda €20,000 for blocking of public passageways.

Match: FK Žalgiris Vilnius (LTU) - ŠK Slovan Bratislava (SVK), 3 November 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League)
- To ban ŠK Slovan Bratislava from selling tickets to its away supporters for the next one (1) UEFA competition match and to fine ŠK Slovan Bratislava €20,000 for lighting and throwing of fireworks, acts of damage and crowd disturbances. Said ban from selling tickets to its away supporters is suspended during a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
- To order ŠK Slovan Bratislava to contact FK Žalgiris Vilnius within 30 days of this decision for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters, i.e. for the seven (7) damaged seats.

Match: Fotbal Club FCSB (ROM) - West Ham United FC (ENG), 3 November 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League)
- To fine Fotbal Club FCSB €20,000 and to order Fotbal Club FCSB to play its next (1) UEFA competition match it will play as host club behind closed doors, for the racist behaviour of its supporters.
- To fine Fotbal Club FCSB €5,000 for the violation of the UEFA Return to Play Protocol.
- To warn Fotbal Club FCSB for the violation of its media obligations on the day before the match.

Match: F.C. Copenhagen (DEN) - Borussia Dortmund (GER), 2 November 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Champions League)
- To fine F.C. Copenhagen €40,000 and to order the partial closure of F.C. Copenhagen’s stadium (i.e. the entire tribune B) during the next one (1) UEFA competition match in which F.C. Copenhagen will play as host club, for lighting and throwing of fireworks.
- To fine F.C. Copenhagen €15,000 for its failure to ensure that all gates leading from the spectator areas into the playing area remain unlocked while spectators are in the stadium.
- To fine F.C. Copenhagen €14,000 for blocking of public passageways.
- To fine F.C. Copenhagen €10,000 for transmitting a provocative message of an offensive nature.

Match: Manchester City (ENG) - Sevilla FC (ESP), 2 November 2022 (2022/23 UEFA Champions League)
- To fine Sevilla FC €5,000 and to order the partial closure of Sevilla FC’s stadium, which shall consist of at least 1,000 seats, during the next (1) UEFA competition match it plays as host club, for the racist behaviour of its supporters. Said partial stadium closure is suspended for a probationary period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the present decision.
