UEFA launches UCL matchball and sports apparel RFP

UEFA is inviting bids from suitably qualified suppliers in the sports category for the UEFA Champions League for the 2024-27 commercial cycle. The sports category packages will include the right to produce and market the official matchball and sports equipment, apparel and footwear for the relevant competitions.

The UEFA Champions League request for proposal (RFP) process launch is Tuesday 10th January 2023. Any proposals must be submitted prior to the close of the RFP process on Monday 6th February 2023 at 12:00 CET.

Interested parties can request the RFP documentation by contacting TEAM Marketing via e-mail at uccpartners@team.ch and should include the following initial information in their e-mail: - Company name - Brand of footballs, footwear or apparel manufactured - Details of current similar contracts held.

UEFA has appointed TEAM Marketing as its exclusive marketing agency for the worldwide sale of sponsorship and licensing rights for UEFA men’s club competitions. TEAM Marketing is responsible, on behalf of UEFA, for overseeing the bidding process and will be the point of contact for all bidders in relation to all requests for further information, comments, questions and submissions as well as in relation to any subsequent contractual negotiations.
