Gerardo Mastrandrea

Grand officer of the order of merit of the Italian Republic and having been awarded the bronze star for sporting merit by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), Gerardo Mastrandrea has been an administrative judge since 1996 and currently holds the position of president of the fourth section of the council of state (Italian Supreme Administrative Jurisdiction).

During his sports career he was the Federal Court of Appeal president and the National Sports Court of Appeal president at the Italian Football Federation (from 2012 to 2016). He has been the national sports judge of Serie A since 2016.

Gerardo Mastrandrea joined the Appeals Body in 2023.
