Expressions of interest in relation to UEFA Women’s Champions League media rights and UEFA Women’s Football sponsorship rights 2025 - 2030

Marketing

UEFA would like to invite interested parties to request further information or express interest in the media rights in relation to UEFA Women’s Champions League and/or in the sponsorship rights in relation to UEFA Women’s Football competitions for the 2025-30 commercial cycle.

Since 2017, UEFA Women’s Football has undergone incredible growth, reaching new audiences and raising standards higher than ever before, and has also seen an impressive uplift in terms of the revenues obtained from the media and sponsorship rights, as well as attracting a wide array of internationally recognised, premium brands. Building on this success, UEFA is now inviting expressions of interest from prospective bidders in relation to the 2025/30 commercial cycle. For the avoidance of doubt, the available media and sponsorship rights are summarised below.

Media Rights

The media rights to the UEFA Women’s Champions League matches to be played as part of the 2025/26, 2026/27, 2027/28, 2028/29 and 2029/30 seasons.

Sponsorship Rights

The sponsorship rights in relation to UEFA Women’s Champions League seasons 2025/26 to 2029/30 and the editions of the UEFA Women’s EURO, UEFA Women’s Futsal Championship, UEFA Women’s U19 Championship and UEFA Women’s U17 Championship taking place during 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.

Further Questions and Expressions of Interest

UEFA has not fully determined its preferred approach to the sale and/or exploitation by third parties of all or any part of the rights outlined above. UEFA is, therefore, interested to receive proposals from a wide variety of interested parties with the opportunity to associate themselves with the relevant competition(s) and to submit proposals for the rights available (including, by way of example only, broadcasters, commercial rights agencies and broadcasting unions). For the avoidance of doubt, any proposals in relation to the sponsorship rights must be for all of the available rights rather than for individual sponsorship rights packages.

Any questions or expressions of interest should be sent to UEFA by email: UWFtender@uefa.ch. Prospective bidders wishing to express an interest are requested to include the following information in their email:

- Full corporate name;

- Address, e-mail and telephone number of registered office and principal place of business;

- Address, e-mail and telephone number of nominated contact person; and

- Details of similar contracts currently held.

Please note that all expressions of interest must be notified to UEFA by no later than 12:00 CET on 25 January 2024.

While UEFA will consider requests received after the deadline, it cannot guarantee the provision of relevant documentation or the participation of prospective bidders submitting late. Any prospective bidder joining the process after it starts (late) must still adhere to the original bid submission timeframe, giving them less time to prepare their proposal compared to other participants.

UEFA will notify registered prospective bidders in due course of the relevant next steps. In this respect, the relevant request for proposals (RFP) process will commence on 25 January 2024 and end on 29 February 2024.
