The UEFA Appeals Body has taken the following decision:
Match: FC Lugano vs. Beşiktaş JK 14.12.2023
Incident:
Assaulting another player (Mr. Renato Steffen), Art. 15(1)(e) DR.
Decision:
The appeal lodged by FC Lugano and Mr. Renato Steffen is rejected. Consequently, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body’s decision of 25 January 2024 is confirmed.
