CEDB decision : 2024 European Championship match, Germany – Scotland

Match: UEFA EURO 2024 group stage match between Germany and Scotland

The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has taken the following decision :

Match: 2024 UEFA EURO group stage match between Germany and Scotland (5-1), played on 14 June in Munich

Charges against the Scottish Football Association:

- Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR

- Serious rough play (player Ryan Porteous), Art. 15(1)(d) DR

Decision:

The CEDB has decided:

- To fine the Scottish Football Association €5,625 for throwing of objects.

- To suspend Scottish Football Association player, Mr. Ryan Porteous, for a total of two (2) UEFA representative team competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for serious rough play.
