The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has taken the following decisions:
Match: UEFA EURO group stage match between Croatia and Albania played on 19 June 2024 in HamburgCroatia
Charges against the Croatian Football Federation (HNS)::
-Throwing of objects, Art. 16(2)(b) DR
-Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- to fine the Croatian Football Federation €10,500 for throwing of fireworks.
- to fine the Croatian Football Federation €17,500 for lighting of fireworks.

Charges against the Albanian Football Assocxiation (FSHF):
- Lighting of fireworks, Art. 16(2)(c) DR
- Transmitting provocative messages not fit for a sports event, Art. 16(2)(e) DR
- Invasion of the field of play, Art. 16(2)(a) DR
- General principles of conduct (player Mirlind Daku), Art. 11(1) DR
- Violating the basic rules of decent conduct (player Mirlind Daku), Art. 11(2)(b) DR
- Using a sporting event for manifestations of a non-sporting nature (Mr. Mirlind Daku), Art. 11(2)(c) DR
- Bringing the sport of football into disrepute (player Mirlind Daku), Art. 11(2)(d) DR
Decision:
The CEDB has decided:
- to fine the Albanian Football Association €2,500 for lighting of fireworks.
- to fine the Albanian Football Association €20,000 for the pitch invasion.
- to fine the Albanian Football Association €25,000 for transmitting provocative messages not fit for a sports event.
- to suspend Albanian Football Association player Mirlind Daku, for a total of two (2) UEFA representative team competition matches for which he would be otherwise eligible, for failing to comply with the general principles of conduct, for violating the basic rules of decent conduct, for using sports events for manifestations of a non-sporting nature and for bringing the sport of football into disrepute.
