Zeljković has been in the role since 2021, and during that period has focused on improving infrastructure, developing youth and women's teams, and modernising the association's domestic competitions.
"I thank you for the trust you have shown me, this is a great honour for me, but also an obligation to continue the path of football development in Bosnia and Herzegovina with my associates," he said. "Many projects await us that we will implement in the new mandate."
In addition to BHFF president, Zeljković has been a member of the UEFA Committee for National Associations since 2021, and since 2024, a member of the Presidency of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
