During the 2024/25 season, thirteen clubs were subject to proceedings before the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) for having overdue payables towards other clubs, employees and/or social and tax authorities.

The CFCB, having concluded its assessment, has imposed the following disciplinary measures which are now all final and binding:

• Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) - € 200,000

• Trabzonspor A.Ş. (TUR) - € 100,000

• FC Dinamo Batumi (GEO) - € 100,000

• FC Astana (KAZ) - € 50,000

• SC Shakhtar Donetsk (UKR) - € 50,000

• FC Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO) - € 40,000

• FC Ballkani (KOS) - € 40,000

• Wisła Kraków (POL) - € 40,000

• FC Tobol Kostanay (KAZ) - € 30,000

• FK Budućnost Podgorica (MNE) - € 10,000

• FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih (UKR) – warning

• FC Polissya Zhytomyr (UKR) – warning

Furthermore, due to recidivism and/or payables overdue for more than 90 days, FC Astana (KAZ), FC Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO) and FC Dinamo Batumi (GEO) were additionally imposed a suspended exclusion from participating in the next UEFA club competition:

• For FC Astana (KAZ), the exclusion is suspended for a probationary period of two seasons and will only be enforced if the club has overdue payables in the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons;

• For FC Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO) and FC Dinamo Batumi (GEO), the exclusion is suspended for a probationary period of one season and will only be enforced if the clubs have overdue payables in the 2025/26 season.

The reasoned decisions from the CFCB First Chamber will be published on UEFA.com in due course.
