Grassroots event to be held as part of UEFA’s Football in Schools programme.

The UEFA Executive Committee will hold its next meeting in Tirana, Albania, on Thursday 11 September 2025 from 14:00 to 17:00 CET.

The main points on the agenda are:

- Host appointments:

• 2027 UEFA Champions League final

• 2027 UEFA Women’s Champions League final

• 2026 UEFA Futsal Champions League finals

• 2027 UEFA Futsal Under-19 EURO

• 2027 UEFA Women’s Futsal EURO

- 2025 UEFA Women’s Nations League finals – bonus payments

- Regulations of the UEFA European Women’s Futsal Championship

- Regulations of the UEFA European Qualifying Competition for the 2028 FIFA Futsal World Cup

Earlier in the day, starting at 09:00, a grassroots football festival will take place at the FSHF Football House in Tirana as part of the UEFA Football in Schools programme with an opening ceremony featuring UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin and Albanian Football Association President Armand Duka. One hundred boys and girls from local schools will participate at the festival, joined by UEFA ambassadors Luís Figo and Aljoša Asanović, and former local players and celebrities.

UEFA will issue a media release following the meeting to communicate the decisions made by the UEFA Executive Committee. Please note that no media activities are scheduled around the meeting.

As part of the UEFA Football in Schools event, a brief mixed zone will be arranged at the venue to accommodate media representatives’ requests, with facilities available for both filming and photography.
