About UEFA Members

The Andorran Football Federation (FAF) has launched a new strategic plan, outlining a bold roadmap to strengthen football on and off the pitch.

Developed with the support of the UEFA Grow programme, the plan's key objectives include reducing reliance on external funding, expanding women’s football, and creating inclusive programmes that connect communities.

"Our mission is clear: to develop, promote and protect football, offering a safe, inclusive and sustainable environment for all," said FAF president Felix Álvarez. "This project marks the way for the next four years: an ambitious, well-defined and constantly evolving one, which reflects our core values: integrity, cooperation, commitment, determination, growth and responsibility. Together, we will make Andorran football a benchmark. This is our challenge. This is our future."

UEFA funding has recently contributed to the opening of Andorra's new national stadium and training centre, which provide a first-class home for national football and futsal teams, while also offering increased opportunities for grassroots players and clubs.
