Hibernians FC striker Adrian Mifsud added a further two awards to his Maltese Football Association (MFA) Player of the Year gong today.
Clean sweep
Mifsud, who scored 27 goals for Hibernians last season, picked up the MFA's trophy yesterday and was named Best Maltese Player and Best Striker at a gala evening 24 hours later.
Nigerian double
Hibernians' Ndubisi Chuckunyere won the Best Foreign Player award, fellow Nigerian Essien Mbong was named Best Midfielder and Malta international Mario Muscat took the award for Best Goalkeeper. Best Defender went to Birkirkara FC's Romanian Lucien Dronca while Most Promising Player was given to Hamrun Spartans FC's Mauro Brincat.
