Poursanidis to pull Iraklis strings

The 31-year-old defensive midfield player was out of contract and has signed a two-year deal with the Thessaloniki club. "I chose Iraklis because this team is about to embark upon a new era," he said. "I want to play well and help the club achieve their goals. I also hope to give the fans something to shout about," added Poursanidis, who was with Olympiacos for six seasons.
