Club Atlético de Madrid's Senegalese striker Ibrahima Baldé celebrated agreeing new contractual terms with the club by scoring the equalising goal in Sunday's 1-1 Liga draw at Real Zaragoza.

The 19-year-old former youth team player – who is not registered to play in Europe with Atlético – was also on target for Los Rojiblancos against Real Sporting de Gijón earlier this season and has penned a three-year extension that ties him to the Vicente Calderón until June 2013.

Ibrahima's previous contract was due to expire at the end of the current campaign. Atlético will resume their quest to win the UEFA Europa League on Thursday when Quique Sánchez Flores's side welcome Sporting Clube de Portugal to the Spanish capital.
