The 45-year-old Mowbray, who played for Celtic between 1991 and 1995, had been working as manager of English side West Bromwich Albion FC. He will be joined at Celtic Park by assistants Mark Venus, Peter Grant and Neil Lennon. "My initial thoughts: I can't wait to get started, really," he said.
