2023 UEFA Regions' Cup final tournament: Galicia, Spain

Spain hosted the 2023 UEFA Regions' Cup finals in Galicia from 9 to 17 June.

Spain staged the 2023 UEFA Regions' Cup finals in Galicia with the hosts beating FA of Belgrade 3-1 in the final.

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and Royal Galician Football Federation (RFGF) were appointed to stage the final tournament by the UEFA Executive Committee. Galicia were one of eight qualifiers for the European amateur finals, which was being held in Spain for the first time.

The teams were split into two groups of four in a draw on Sunday 26 March at Stadium Riazor during half-time of Deportivo La Coruña vs Celta B. The winners of each group progressed to the final. The 2020/21 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The group stage ran on 9, 11 and 14 June, with the two first-place teams progressing to the final three days later.
