In attack we were comfortable, but a team needs to be balanced and this was not the case. We were not consistent enough and it opened up space for our opponents to exploit. We'll have to change that in the UEFA Champions League."
Rangers FC 3-0 Celtic FC (Novo 27, 78 pen, Ferguson 56) Walter Smith: "It was a terrific win for us and an essential one because we were under pressure going into the game. We had already lost two games and we knew we couldn't fall any further behind Celtic. It's a real boost for us because the consequences of losing were far more damaging for us than for Celtic."
