Manager Chris Coleman has named a 29-man squad ahead of Wales' pre-UEFA EURO 2016 training camp in the Algarve later this month.
Gareth Bale is the only notable absentee – the Real Madrid man will delay linking up with the party because of UEFA Champions League final commitments – and there are few real surprises. The question now is which seven players will drop out of the reckoning by the time the final 23 is named on 31 May?
Adam Henley, 21, is a fringe selection at the back, while there is a sense that David Vaughan, a veteran of 41 caps, will have to be at his best to edge out the impressive Emyr Huws for a midfield berth. Up front, Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw could get the nod ahead of Tom Lawrence and something of a wildcard, Under-21 striker Wes Burns.
Bale is expected to meet up with the squad ahead of the final warm-up friendly against Sweden in Stockholm on 5 June.
