Key matchday info for Fiorentina supporters
You’ve successfully applied for your ticket! You’ll receive your mobile ticket/s on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app closer to the match. You’ll get an email when your ticket/s have been sent to you. 📨
Now let's get planning. Here's everything you need to know if you're a Fiorentina supporter travelling to Prague for the UEFA Europa Conference League Final 2023. ⬇️
🚨 Important note
Please don’t travel to the stadium on matchday if you don’t have a match ticket. There will be no tickets for sale at the stadium and you won't be able to access the stadium or any of the facilities in the area.
For travel information and access to updates on the go, be sure to check the official UEFA Europa app while you're in Prague.

📱 Mobile tickets
Once you've received you mobile match tickets, make sure to transfer them to others in your group, ideally before leaving for Prague.
It means you won’t miss out on any important matchday info, and it will also speed things up during stadium entry.

Arriving in Czechia
➡️ Entry and visa requirements from Italy
If you’re coming by plane, you will most likely arrive at Václav Havel International Airport (PRG). If you have an EU passport or national ID, you can enter Czechia without a visa.
🚐 Airport shuttles
There will be a shuttle bus waiting outside terminal 2 for all ticket holders that will take you directly from the airport to the Fiorentina Fan Meeting Point on matchday. All shuttle buses will be accessible for disabled fans.
🕧 Operating hours: 09:00 – 17:00
⌛ Frequency: every 15-20 minutes*
🚍 Travel time: 35 minutes
*⏳ If you're arriving at a busy time, you may need to wait a bit longer to get on a shuttle to the Fan Meeting Point.
🚘 Car travel and parking
⚠️Driving to Prague is not recommended!
There will be no parking around the stadium and city parking in general is extremely limited, particularly on a weekday.
If you do drive, we strongly recommend you apply for a parking pass for the car park by the Fiorentina Fan Meeting Point in Výstaviště. Keep in mind capacity is limited, so without a pre-booked parking pass, you may be refused entry.

✅ Parking passes will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
✅ Once confirmed, you’ll need to print your parking pass and show it to staff on-site upon entering the car park.
🛫 Charter flights
➡️ Charter flights to Prague
If you're travelling as part of an organised group on a charter flight from Italy, you will most likely arrive at Václav Havel International airport terminal 2.
- Travel light without check-in luggage. Keep in mind bags larger than A4 size won't be allowed inside the stadium.
- Have your return boarding pass ready as before you touch down in Prague. This will significantly speed up the departure process after the match.

😀 Free matchday travel
🟣 Fiorentina travel
You’ll have access to free public transport on the Prague network including DPP-operated metro, trams and buses and suburban trains in zone P0 (⚠️only on 7 June, 08:00 - midnight) with your mobile match ticket from 8:00 on matchday (7 June) to 8:00 the following day (8 June). Simply show your mobile match ticket to public transport staff upon request.
Fiorentina supporters will also be eligible to use the official train shuttles between the Fan Meeting Point and stadium for free with a valid match ticket.
🎉 Fan Meeting Point
Fiorentina supporters will be gathering at the Fan Meeting Point in Výstaviště, a large and beautiful exhibition ground that hosts many cultural events, concerts, and exhibitions. The celebrations will be in full swing on matchday with live entertainment, food and drink kiosks and more. All supporters are invited to join, meet fellow fans and get in the matchday spirit! For fans without match tickets, the final will be screened live at the Fan Meeting Point.

10:00 – until after the match
The Fan Meeting Point will remain open until late after the match to ensure all supporters make it back to the airport.
📣 Low noise after 22:00
Please respect the night-time low-noise rule, in effect from 22:00 in Czechia. Keep noise to a minimum when leaving the stadium and returning to the Fan Meeting Point.
Open to everyone – no tickets required!
A public viewing will be organised in the Fan Meeting Point for Fiorentina supporters who are in Prague on matchday but have missed out on match tickets for the final. The match screening is a free-to-enter event and open to all ages.

Option2️⃣: By public transport:
🚇 Take metro line C to Praha-Holešovice
🚶12 min (1km) from metro station Praha-Holešovice
You’ll find multiple concession stands where you can grab a tasty snack (or a cold beer!). There will be an info point for any assistance you may need. Toilets will also be available at the Fan Meeting Point.
🛣️ Getting to the stadium
📍Fiorentina supporters will access Eden Arena from the south.
⬇️ From the Fiorentina Fan Meeting Point:
1) Walk 12 mins (1km) to Praha-Holešovice
2) Take the shuttle train to Eden Arena (15 mins)
🚆Train shuttles...
...Will depart at 18:00, 18:30, 19:00 and 19:20. Hop on one of the early trains to avoid the crowds on the last service.
3) The shuttle train will stop at Praha-Eden station.
4) Walk 400m (5 mins) to the stadium.
♿ Accessibility tip
Please note that if you're a wheelchair user, we recommend taking tram 6 directly from the Fan Meeting Point, Výstaviště to stop Slavia -Nádraží Eden, on the north side of the stadium.
Alternatively, you can hop on to metro line C from Nádraží Holešovice to Hlavní nádraží and then transfer to the S9 train (barrier-free). Check out our Accessibility page for more information.
⛔ Stadium rules and entry
👉 As a Fiorentina supporter, please make sure to access the stadium from the south.
Football wouldn’t exist without supporters like you, and your love for the game is what makes the atmosphere unlike anything else.
We want everyone to feel welcome and we want you to have a memorable night. So remember to always show good sportsmanship for both teams, all players and the match officials, and we kindly ask you to stay in your designated seats.

🏴 Top tip
For any banners or items larger than what’s permitted, an official request needs to be submitted in advance. Requests are managed and collated directly by your club, so please contact them directly for more information.
👋 After the match
With a 21:00 kick-off and the Trophy Ceremony after the match, you can expect the celebrations at the stadium to be over at around 23:20. If there's extra time or penalties, the action on the pitch will continue until approximately 00:15.
As you know football is unpredictable and things can always change. These times should be considered estimates! ⚽
Train shuttles will be running back to the Fiorentina Fan Meeting Point right after the match.

From the Fan Meeting Point, you can then transfer to public transport to get to other destinations within the city.
• If you’re on a charter flight leaving in the hours after the match, free shuttle buses will be ready at the stadium to take you back to the airport immediately. Head towards Praha-Eden station and keep an eye out for signs to the shuttle buses.
• If you’re on a charter flight leaving in the morning, hop on one of the shuttle trains back to the Fan Meeting Point.
