Vice-president since 1963 Prisco had been a director of the Italian club since 1950 and became vice-president in 1963. He died in the early hours of Wednesday morning just hours after a celebration to mark his birthday.
A key figure Prisco was a key figure at the club during the 1960s when, under president Angelo Moratti, Inter won three Serie A titles and twice captured the European Champion Clubs' Cup. Inter cancelled all public activity on Wednesday as a mark of respect to Prisco and his family.
