AEL make double signing

AEL Limassol FC have made a double signing ahead of their UEFA Cup tie with Ferencvárosi TC.

AEL Limassol FC of Cyprus, who play in the UEFA Cup this season, have made a double signing as they prepare for the forthcoming season.

Hungarian test
David Hannah from Dundee United FC and Brazilian Luciano de Souza from FC PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece have both joined AEL who play Ferencvárosi TC of Hungary in the UEFA Cup qualifying round in August.

Experienced players
Hannah is a 28-year-old defender who has played in Scotland for Hamilton Thistle FC, Celtic FC as well as Dundee United and Luciano is a 30-year-old attacking midfielder who has been released by PAOK due to financial problems at the club. AEL will be aiming to improve on their third place finish in the Cypriot first division last season.
