Vasilj bolsters Varteks ranks

NK Varteks have signed two new players in goalkeeper Vladimir Vasilj and midfielder Mile Jedinak.

Vasilj arrival
The first arrival is goalkeeper Vladimir Vasilj who joins on a four-year contract from NK Zagreb. The 28-year-old won the championship with the capital club in 2002 and was Croatia's third-choice custodian at last summer's FIFA World Cup. He was previously with NK Dinamo Zagreb.

Jedinak signs
The second newcomer is Australian-born midfield player Mile Jedinak who has agreed a two-year deal. The 19-year-old was formerly with Sydney United and spent the last month on trial at the Varazdin club.
