FC Spartak Moskva have allowed Serbian striker Mihaijlo Pjanović to join Russian Premier-Liga rivals FC Rostov.

Unfulfilled potential
The 30-year-old, who previously played for OFK Beograd and FK Crvena Zvezda, has signed a one-year deal with his new club ahead of the 2007 season in Russia. Injuries prevented him from fulfilling his potential upon joining Spartak in the summer of 2003, though he scored eleven goals in 48 games. Spartak visit RC Celta de Vigo in the second leg of their UEFA Cup Round of 32 tie on Thursday after a 1-1 draw in last week’s first leg in Moscow.
