Guilherme tipped for greatness at Dynamo

Ukrainian side FC Dynamo Kyiv have signed forward Guilherme Milhomem, 20, from Cruzeiro EC on a five-year deal with Kléber, already in Brazil on loan at SE Palmeiras, going in the other direction along with a fee of €4m.

'A wonderful striker'
Guilherme has scored 28 goals in 58 games for Cruzeiro, and Dynamo president Ihor Surkis said: "We're sending Kléber back and also paying US$5m to sign Guilherme. We signed Kléber for the same fee, so it's a record deal for us. We have high hopes for the player, who was brought in at Yuri Semin's request. Guilherme is quick and has good dribbling skills and vision, but the main thing is that he's excellent in front of goal. Of course he'll need some time to adapt, and if he does we'll have a wonderful striker." Signed from São Paulo FC in 2003/04, Kléber scored 28 goals in 73 league games for Dynamo, but spent 2008 back in Brazil, on loan at Palmeiras. Dynamo, top of the Ukrainian league during the winter break, will play Valencia CF in the UEFA Cup Round of 32 on 18 and 26 February.
