Juve's Grygera misses Salzburg return

Juventus will be without Zdeněk Grygera for the home game against FC Salzburg on 4 November after the full-back damaged knee ligaments in the 1-1 draw between the sides.

Defender Zdeněk Grygera will miss Juventus's UEFA Europa League Group A game against FC Salzburg in Turin after picking up a knee injury during Thursday's 1-1 draw away to the Austrian outfit.

The 30-year-old Czech international suffered damage to the collateral ligament in his right knee and will be sidelined for five to six weeks following scans on Friday.

The former AC Sparta Praha and AFC Ajax full-back will sit out the return match against Salzburg on 4 November but should be fit for Juve's last two pool games – at KKS Lech Poznań and at home to Manchester City FC on 1 and 16 December. The Bianconeri lie third in Group A after collecting three draws from as many matches.
