2011 UEFA Europa League final – Dublin Arena – Wednesday 18 May, 19.45GMT (20.45CET)
The international ticket sales phase for the UEFA Europa League final ran from Monday 21 February to Monday 21 March 2011.

Application process
The UEFA Europa League final ticket portal was opened for orders from the international public between 12.00CET on 21 February and the same time on 21 March. Each applicant was asked to complete the online application form for a maximum of two tickets and entered the ticket ballot, regardless of the time of submission within the application period.

Applicants will be informed by email by Thursday 31 March as to whether they have been successful or not. They will also be able to check the status of their orders via the final ticket portal as of 31 March. Tickets will be delivered by registered post no later than Monday 18 April.

Price
Tickets were available in four price categories – Category 1: €135, Cat 2: €105, Cat 3: €80, Cat 4: €50, and Wheelchair: €50. An administrative fee will be charged per successful ticket order as follows: ticket orders within Europe: €30, ticket orders outside Europe: €40.

Payment for all tickets is by credit card only (MasterCard or Visa). If you are a successful applicant your credit card will be charged automatically and no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 21 March (12.00CET).

Applicants vetted
All applicants are bound by the ticketing Terms and Conditions. Action will be taken in cases of infringement. Fans attending the final are warned that tickets will be personalised and that security checks at the stadium are planned.

UEFA underlines that no tickets are being distributed via agencies or brokers. UEFA also encourages supporters not to be lured into deals with touts who not only demand exorbitant prices but often are not in possession of the tickets they purport to have for sale.
