Europa League final tickets: Turin 2014

Ticket sales for the final, to be played at the Juventus Stadium in Turin on Wednesday 14 May, ran from 27 February to 25 March exclusively via UEFA.com.

Application process
The 2014 UEFA Europa League final ticket portal was open for orders from the international public between 12.00CET on Thursday 27 February and 12.00CET on Tuesday 25 March.

Each applicant was asked to complete the online application form for a maximum of two tickets and enter the ticket ballot, regardless of the time of submission within the application period.

Applicants will be informed by email by 7 April as to whether they have been successful or not. They will also be able to check the status of their orders via the 2014 UEFA Europa League final ticket portal from 7 April. Tickets will be dispatched by registered post no later than the end of April.

The international general public tickets are intended for neutral supporters wishing to attend the Turin final. Fans of the finalists will be served directly by their clubs.

Any ticket order not in accordance with the 2014 UEFA Europa League final ticketing Terms and Conditions will be rejected.

Price
Tickets were available in four price categories:
Category 1: €150, Cat 2: €100, Cat 3: €70 and Cat 4: €45.

Youth package tickets for one child accompanied by one adult were available at discount prices in Category 2: €90 (1 adult + 1 child ticket).

Wheelchair tickets were also available: each wheelchair ticket cost €45 and includes a free seat for an accompanying adult.

Payment for all tickets was by credit card only – MasterCard or Visa. If you are a successful applicant, your credit card will be charged automatically. Please note that no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 25 March (12.00CET).

Applicants vetted
All ticket holders are bound by the ticketing Terms and Conditions and UEFA will take action in cases of any breaches. Online applications will be verified with the competent authorities to ensure that anyone banned from attending football matches cannot purchase tickets. Sales of tickets for the 2014 UEFA Europa League final are conducted exclusively on UEFA.com.

UEFA urges all fans to refrain from buying tickets or hospitality packages from unauthorised sellers, agents or websites as such tickets may be counterfeit or invalid and unaware purchasers will be refused admission to the stadium.

Supporters attending the final are warned that tickets will be personalised and that security checks at the stadium are planned.
